As serious about biking as they are about beers, New Belgium's best known beer, Fat Tire, has cruised all the way from founder Jeff Lebesh's basement to becoming the company's flagship beer. Sponsoring a bike team and several projects in sustainability, this Fort Collins brewed beer is earth and taste bud friendly. In 2006 the GABF awarded two gold medals to New Belgium for their Le Fleu Misseur (Belgiam and French Style Ale) and La Folie (Belgian Style Sour Ale).
