If a place is called the "Atomic Cowboy" you know things get rowdy--Colorado style. Located next to the Bluebird Theatre, the Atomic Cowboy is one of the areas most popular bars. Get there early before a show because it is always packed. On other days, there is a bit more room to move. The interior is retro cowboy, with a large mural depicting a cowboy shooting an alien. There are both leather booths and tables and studded crimson stools lining the bar. The menu provides standard Southwestern American fare, and the burgers are also great. There is not a lack of entertainment options. Pool tables, foosball and video games provide customers a chance for some action away from the bar.
