Cap City is a popular neighborhood bar that specializes in a friendly atmosphere and good old-fashioned bar food. A great place to meet friends after work or for Happy Hour, Cap city has plenty of tables and booths and a large bar to prop up your elbows and enjoy cold 2-for-1 draft beers. Patrons line up to play on the free pool table while jamming out to the classic rock streaming from the jukebox. The enclosed patio is a popular spot during the summer.

As a graduate of CU. I happened to come across this place a few weekends ago during a Nebraska game. Tons of midwestern kids cheering on the Cornhuskers boo. But, I stayed because everyone was having a good time. Food was good, beer was cheep, and the service was all right. I would go back to this place as long as nebraska was not playing any sport that particular day.
Good food, great drink specials . . . new plasma's, free pool, shuffleboard, and a wii !! What more could I ask for. try food, it's actually really good!
