The Blue Sky Bistro, while primarily for those in flight, can feed your hunger while you feast on the views. It’s a walk-in Deli, with some decent breakfast items, like burritos and croissant sandwiches. There are also Pannini sandwiches and some homemade Empanadas. Blue Sky is great to grab something light or quick if you are in transit, or just checking out the cargo on the runway and views. Though, ask a lot of the staff at the airport and they’ll tell you to head over to the Runway Grill for the full experience and their 2nd level view.

Went there for a lunch and really enjoyed the friendly staff and great food. My husband had the BBQ and I had "Just a Little Hot Brie". It was soooo good and the views are quite nice from that side of the airport. The Flatirons looked beautiful that day! We watched planes and can't think of a better way to of spent that afternoon! We will have to come in earlier next time for the great breakfast menu they offer.
WOW...this place has really stepped up and what great food they have. The BBQ is the best I have ever tasted although the offer many other types of sanwiches, breakfast burritos and great homemade foods. Everything is fabulous and the staff is very friendly. Loved the views and airplane watching from the patio!
Stopped in here after taking flying lessons at RMMA (the restaurant's in the terminal), and was really surprised. Just a walk-in place with a few tables in front and out on the patio by the jetway, but the food is great and the prices are quite reasonable. Definitely will come back!
