Who said that people resist the smoking ban strictly because of an addiction to cigarettes? It was probably some short-sighted Yankee! And even they would rise up against such tyranny out of sheer fear of the demise of the rib. That sweet, smoky goodness. That delectable piece of Eden. God’s favorite meat on a stick. The smoked rib is the manifestation of the perfect bliss that comes from smoking, and it’s a high that ain’t gonna come from anywhere else. The Rib is a traditional smoke-shack with homemade sauces and a firm resistance to the smoking ban.

My husband and I decided to give this local small business a try today, big mistake. Worst BBQ, worst food in the Denver area. Pulled pork was soggy, sitting in a giant puddle of what we were told was au jus - who puts au jus on pulled pork? The potato salad was inedible, the beans were bland and boring, the garlic toast wasn't bad.
I USED to love this place. Good food good people and good service. If you have been there lately you might agree that has all changed. It took 30 minutes to make my combination plater, 2 ribs and one sausage with 2 sides and my wifes pulled pork platter. When I inquired as to the hold up the woman in the kitchen told me in a snide and arrogant voice that they were busy. I looked around and saw my family and one other guy. I would have let this go had the food been what it used to be but it was not. Its a shame because this place used to be great. Bad food RUDE service and a wait.... Never again! Hello Piggin OUT.
