This semi-classy Italian joint is located in the 'burbs in a King Soopers strip mall, and despite their sometimes less-than-perfect customer service, they've managed to generate quite the loyal following. Maybe it's the delicately prepared shrimp scampi or the classic fettuccine alfredo that has folks turning a blind eye to their less courteous side. But, this much is true; it's one of the only restaurants in Denver where your soda comes served in an aluminum can.
User Reviews
I think the original reviewer may have had a bad experience, I have only had good service at the restaurant. The wait during dinner hour is usually long but the food is exceptional. One nice thing is they usually have a good selection of wines that you can purchase by the bottle for $20. Drink a glass while you wait, take the bottle to your table and if you don't finish it cork it up and take it home (We have never had that problem). One of my favorite appetizers is the mussels. A generous portion and perfectly seasoned. Overall every menu item we have tried has been delicious. Worth the wait! Give it a try...
Not to be nit picky but it's in the same shopping center as Safeway, not King Soopers.
