Carelli's has been serving Boulder amazing Italian food since 1991. If you don't live in Boulder, take it from us, they are worth the trek up Highway 36 to check out. The staff is always friendly and the food is always served fresh and hot. But, you better like pasta, as they have over 20 different plates to choose from!
