With 13 years of service, Lefty's Pizzeria advertises itself as the oldest restaurant in Niwot. Not being much of Niwot Historians we're unsure how august of a claim that might be. Regardless of their antiquity, the ingredients used in their pizzas, gourmet sandwiches and Italian dishes are all as fresh as possible. There is a restaurant for eating in, but Lefty's also has a respected catering service. For the sweet-toothed, you can cap off your meal with their homemade ice cream.

Just a delightful experience great pizza, lasagna like mom used to make, and great place for a date or bringing the family. It is worth the drive to Niwot. If you like traditional they have it but if you like exotic gourmet wow they will knock your socks off. My favorite is the Greek Goddess- Garlic and olive oil sauce with Feta, Red peppers, Artichoke and Spinach wow! My friend favorite is the Cardiac with Pep, Sausage, ham and Bacon. Staff is friendly and helpful. Just ask Lefty about Astronomy or to play chess. All I can say was this was one of those wonderful hole in wall places that just blew me away with their food.
